Provided the most immaculately clean porta potty I have ever seen in my life. It was for an outdoor wedding event, so I was happy that we had such a nice bathroom option for our guests. A1 Porta Potty has always been great to us over the years. Recently we had an urgent need for facilities on our property, and they had a unit on site the same day, and weekly cleaning like clockwork. Had an issue with my sump pump called at least 10 different companies and when I called A1 porta potty they immediately beat all the prices that I had gotten. They scheduled me fairly quick and came out and did the work. The guy that came to pump the tank out was super nice and did a great job. The service truck did leak some oil in our driveway but they definitely went above and beyond to resolve this and came out to clean the driveway.

They were fast and efficient and provided me with a portable bathroom during a busy time in Louisville. Bourbon and Beyond and Louder than life were happening but they still provided fast friendly service.I will absolutely use them again when needed and would recommend them to anyone.

These are top notch. They have went above and beyond to take care of our needs in spite of weather and difficulties that have arose due to our being in an RV while having a home put on our property we are living on. When we realized the RV can't be moved due to weather and the conditions of the ground i called several places who told me they wouldn't even try. A1 said they'd do it. Tyler Took the time to get it worked out the first time,and the next guy who came yesterday did the same. But they didn't stop or give up on it. Thank God for them cause this was our last option.

The dumpster was delivered on time & placed where we wanted it and when the fit came to pick it up he even helped me carry out the last big item I couldn't move by myself!

Used them back in October for my Halloween house party. Only needed one unit, but it was clean and delivered very timely. They picked it up quickly too. Courtney worked with me on getting the potty early before leaving for work and I can’t thank her enough for the accommodations! Will be using them again!

We needed last minute emergency porta potties for an event the next morning. TJ who answered the phone at 8pm was so helpful, got us a great deal and set up immediately. When the event ultimately fell through the next day they were understanding and cancelled without issue. So responsive and helpful!
